The Handy Person will be based in our offices in the Northwest e.g. Bolton. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To carry out an efficient and “quick turnaround “void programme, to maintain and develop the programme, to carry out minor repairs and decorations to void properties and to carry out other repairs to Adullam owned properties where required.
