About the opportunity:
Due to the on-going expansion of the company, my client is recruiting permanently for a Business Development Manager to join their work winning department.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and cultivating new client leads and opportunities to enable company growth; establishing and maintaining regular dialogue with new and existing customers and promote the company brand, capabilities and abilities across the UK infrastructure and wider construction market sector.
About the requirements:
In order to considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience of working as a Business Development Manager whilst employed by a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor in the UK. You must hold knowledge of relevant procurement legislation and be confident communicator.
For this opportunity, you will ideally be based within commutable distance from their office in London (Paddington) or Swindon however remote working will also be considered.
About the benefits and rewards:
For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £72,000 - £75,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer which includes a car allowance of £6,325, private health care, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a 8% employer pension contribution.
