We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an Operations Analyst with a specific background in managing credit/ debit cards. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the bank’s debit card programme, ensuring it meets scheme requirements and exceeds cardholder expectations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing relationships with key vendors and spearheading initiatives that bolster operational efficiency and cost control as well as managing the day to day treasury middle office processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Take full ownership of the debit card programme, including maintaining and enhancing relationships with vendors.
* Develop and uphold policies and procedures related to the debit card programme.
* Provide comprehensive operational support across all Private Banking products and services, including debit cards, cheques, and online banking.
* Process bookings and payments for Treasury deals, Financing deals, and Client transactions as part of the Operations Team.
* Manage Treasury Middle Office Processes.
* Assist in the creation and updating of procedural documentation.
* Support audit preparation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrated self-motivation with a strong initiative and resourcefulness.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Proven experience in managing a debit card programme.
* Direct experience with FIS Debit & Prepaid is highly desirable.
Qualifications
* A robust educational background is essential.
* A treasury Operations Professional Qualification is desirable.
