As a well-established market leader in the Void Property Security and Maintenance industry, we offer a wide range of security and maintenance services and handle every detail from initial quote to invoice client. We are now actively seeking to recruit an additional Account Manager.
We are based near Malmesbury, and the candidate will be required to visit the office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid in their success using our product.
2. Develop an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to understand and mitigate any issues customers may face.
3. Ensure that all internal/external correspondence and system updates are accurate, clear, concise, and appropriate for the intended audience.
4. Communicate with trades and sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of instructions.
5. Manage multiple jobs while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Hard-working, flexible, adaptable, and able to use own initiative.
3. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
6. Technical knowledge of small building works is desirable but not essential; Property Industry experience is a plus.
7. Ability to gain important information early in communications with clients to avoid delays, such as access information, purchase orders, etc.
