The Role
As a Lead Mulesoft Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint platform. This role provides leadership and technical direction to a team of developers in the design and development of integration solutions that meet the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and be capable of driving the delivery of integration solutions from conception to production.

Location and Schedule
This is a Work from Home position available from any US-based location.
The Main Responsibilities
1. Architect, design, and build secure, scalable, and reliable Mulesoft integration solutions across Salesforce and Legacy enterprise systems.
2. Strong understanding of different integration patterns, event/message driven architectures, API best practices, etc.
3. Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of developers and ensure best practices are followed in coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
4. Code reviews, unit testing, and performance testing to ensure integrations are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.
5. Automate the deployments by building the CI/CD pipelines using the DevSecOps toolchain and processes.
6. Integrate apps with enterprise monitoring tools, support systems, log platforms, and build system health dashboards for visibility and traceability.
7. Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, track, and code development tasks.
8. Collaborate with architects to design integration solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and principles. Ensure solutions are aligned with long-term IT strategy.
9. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
10. Provide on-call support as required.
What We Look For in a Candidate
1. 6+ years of software development experience.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience building integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Exchange, CloudHub, Dataweave, API Designer, RAML, Swagger, and other tools.
3. 2+ years of experience in building integration solutions for Salesforce using Mulesoft Anypoint platform.
4. Experience building applications with Java, Spring Boot, .Net, or other related technologies.
5. Experience working with SQL and No SQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
6. Experience building distributed applications utilizing Apache or Confluent Kafka.
7. Working knowledge of AppDynamics, BigPanda & Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging of applications and service.
8. Knowledge and experience in testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, etc., and Test Driven Development.
Preferred
1. Salesforce knowledge and development experience.
2. Experience with at least one cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
3. Knowledge of SAFe Framework.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
