This role will report directly to the Global HSE Director and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of key sustainability & environmental initiatives. Report to a highly experienced Global HSE Director, benefiting from their extensive industry knowledge and strategic vision. The successful Environmental & Sustainability Advisor will: ● Lead and coordinate assessments relating to climate disclosure project (CDP) ● Interpret, calculate, and design methods for compliance with GHG protocols, with a focus on Scope 3 emissions. ● Undertake and manage plant energy surveys, mentor global energy teams, and drive continuous energy reduction programs. ● Engage in LCA, PCF, and CCF processes, answering customer queries and supporting production and supply chain initiatives. ● Develop and implement biodiversity management plans, ensuring zero impact on natural environments around our plants. ● Respond to bid questions, develop acquisition plans, and support sales teams with customer-specific sustainability deliverables.
