This is a permanent, full-time role, 35 hours per week with hybrid working - 2 to 3 days in Manchester. You will be responsible for the day to day activities regarding the accounts payable and receivable services; Payment-related services including payment of invoices to agreed terms by BACS, CHAPS, direct debit, standing order Operational activities of income-related services including redit Control and Accounts Receivable. Ensuring the administration of expenses for all staff and that queries from within the organisation are dealt with in a timely manner. Raising invoices, allocating receipts to sales ledger invoices and completing customer account reconciliations To succeed in this role you will have the following; Knowledge of Unit 4 finance system would be an advantage Excellent attention to detail, ensuring compliance with AP and AR operational controls, policies, and procedures across the Organisation Experience of day-to-day operational activities relating to AP and AR Experience in working closely with Finance Business Partners, budget holders by providing information on any issues causing non-payment of invoices Experience of working with a no pay no PO policy, ensuring payment terms are adhered to Experienced in dealing with internal and external AP and AR queries, ensuring queries are dealt with within agreed timescale Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
