WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be responsible for building, activating and optimising strategic modern luxury communications across the Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery end to end life cycles.
You will have a strong passion for our clients and our brands, you will put the customer at the heart of every touchpoint. You will support the delivery of key client communications with a richer and more personalised customer experience, which will help to drive stronger activation of our client experience framework and enable JLR to deliver a customer first client experience.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Client Journey and campaign prioritisation globally
* Build and activation of global strategic communications programmes with our Partners across the full end to end client life cycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our wider Global Tech Stack
* Optimisation of campaign performance by monitoring and analyse campaign metrics
* Recommend and implement continuous campaign improvement actions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Experience of marketing campaign build and activation via multiple channels
* Good knowledge of A/B testing and journey optimisation
* Experience of working with dynamic content and personalisation, ideally with a knowledge of AMPScript, Journey Builder, SMS, and push notifications, cloud pages
* Experience of agile working practices
* Experience in delivering multi-language campaigns and handing multiple email variants
