Description
As a member of the Sales Team you will play a key role within the team in providing exceptional service to potential new customers. Our Sales Team provides the important front line “one stop” service through various channels of communication including webchats, phone calls and emails.
If you are someone who enjoys working with people, who is enthusiastic, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), along with the desire to work within a busy and challenging work environment to deliver an outstanding customer experience, please apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answers the phone line and manages the web chat and e-mail web traffic.
2. Assists in administrative tasks related to property management and sales coordination.
3. Provides accurate information about available units, services, and pricing.
4. Builds rapport with potential customers and addresses their needs in a warm, helpful manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Strong admin skills and experience of working on computer systems.
