They are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Service Coordinator, you will be:-
* Based at their office in Sevenoaks working Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5pm
* Working in a team of 4 controlling the engineers and work they are booked out to
* Answering calls from clients, taking down the issue and then booking out engineers to rectify the issues
* Booking out engineers for yearly planned maintenance calls
* Making sure all the engineers get their paperwork completed for these jobs
* Working in a long standing admin team to aid the company directors and engineers out on site
Skills needed to be an air conditioning Service Coordinator:-
* Living close to their office in Sevenoaks
* Be fully computer literate, having any experience with their booking software Joblogic would be beneficial but is not essential
* You need a good telephone manner and administration skills
* Experience working within a service controller or help desk environment within any engineering or construction field would be a massive advantage – heating, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, FM etc.
* You need good organisational skills as it’s a very reactive position and you might be dealing with a number of issues at any one time
* Being a driver would ideally be needed as public transport is the area is a bit sparse
Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning Service Coordinator:-
* 30-35k basic salary
* 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays – this increases with length of service
* Free parking at the office
