Your new company This hugely successful owner-managed business is, due to ongoing consistent growth, looking to appoint an in-house bookkeeper/accountant for the first time. Your new role As the in-house bookkeeper, you will be the finance team Working closely with the office manager and the owner, you will be responsible for:- All the day to day ledger processing transactions for purchases and sales Customer & supplier query resolution Account reconciliations Bank reconciliations Cashflow monitoring Finance admin Liaising with external bodies such as Bank and Solicitors What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced bookkeeper, qualifications are not a necessity here, but ideally you will have run SME/OMB accounts on Xero. Sage or similar. You will be someone who loves to be busy, enjoys improving processes and controls, and fundamentally is happy to bring organisation to chaos.
