Blueprint recruitment are currently hiring for a Senior Planner, to join one of our top clients Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Monitor progress, track key milestones, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
* Proactively identify delays, conflicts, and resource constraints, proposing mitigation strategies.
* Conduct regular progress meetings, ensuring precise reporting and forecasting.
* Enhance planning processes and tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support project audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with schedules and contractual obligations.
* Address contractual arrangements to mitigate planning issues and ensure compliance.
* Provide expert advice to site, construction, and delivery teams.
* Present updates and reports during project meetings.
* Align planning activities with the company’s Integrated Management System, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Deliver accurate data to support project teams in achieving financial targets.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Extensive experience in project planning, particularly with Primavera P6.
* Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Knowledge of NEC3 contracts
* Experience within the water industry
