This role will be critical in furthering the overall marketing communications strategy. The PR & Content Manager will uphold Lucy Electric’s corporate image whilst increasing brand awareness. Working with: Global Head of Marketing Communications Regional Marketing Teams Global Product Management International Sales The Future Networks Team Lucy Group’s corporate communication team Key Accountabilities: These will include: Brand & Messaging Increase and sustain strong brand awareness: ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all PR and content initiatives. Brand guardianship: consistently implement the brand guidelines and voice across all channel and marketing materials PR Coordinate and propose public relations objectives: Plan and execute PR campaigns that align with Lucy Electric’s strategic goals and drive brand awareness. Monitor PR campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for improvement. Collaborate with agencies to ensure press releases, podcasts and conference coverage align with key company milestones and resonate locally. Nurture and leverage relationships with existing and potential media partners (vertical sectors) Highlight customer success stories to reinforce Lucy Electric’s market credibility through case studies, quotes and video interviews. Collateral Production (Products & Services) Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive marketing content that emphasizes strong value propositions. Launch collateral: Develop a variety of sales and marketing collateral, such as brochures, product catalogues, FAQs, datasheets, website content, social media and digital banner content. Support new product launches by collaborating with product and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight key benefits. Create sales enablement materials, including toolkits that help the sales team and channel partners effectively market products and solutions, including not exclusive to) Content development and management Create and oversee content for digital platforms, ensuring that the website and social media channels have up-to-date and engaging information: with support from AI tools such as Jasper and Copy.ai to enhance writing efficiency and consistency. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond comments and queries to boost brand interaction. Develop compelling narratives and content that align with the company’s values and objectives: blog posts, articles, and white papers. Lead video storyboarding and manage third-party agencies to produce videos, lifestyle imagery, and instructional guides, incorporating AI tools where applicable. Produce stories that highlight Lucy Electric’s impact on the community and industry. Work closely with the Head of Central Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing Manager to seamlessly integrate PR content into digital channels for maximum reach. Produce multimedia content to promote LE’s offerings and manage the central library to ensure regions have up-to-date information Manage and protect Lucy Electric’s trademarks, ensuring correct usage and safeguarding brand assets across all platforms and communications Budget Management Manage the budget expenditure tracker (Photography/Videography/Digital Assets) Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience The role requires a proactive and organised person with a creative mind and can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential to the role. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, And Experience 8 year of PR, content curation (digital) – mandatory Exceptional command of written and spoken English - mandatory AI tool experience: AI writing assistants such as Jasper, Copy.ai, and Rytr. Image and video generators such as DALL-E 2, Midjourney. Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in digital platforms and content management platforms (LinkedIn, WordPress, Trello). Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. High level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate. Works well independently and in team settings.
