About the Role As an Accounts Manager, you will be at the core of our financial operations, overseeing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial data. Your expertise will contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies Drive operational objectives by contributing insights and recommendations to strategic plans. Analyze financial variances, forecast requirements, and implement corrective actions to meet financial goals. Monitor revenue and expenses, consolidating and evaluating financial data to prepare reports. Guide departments with accounting policy interpretations and actionable recommendations. Maintain financial security through robust internal controls. Ensure compliance with legal and accounting regulations, recommending procedural improvements. Update job knowledge through professional development, networking, and staying informed about industry trends. Requirements: Prepare accounts for the Principal regularly and upon request. Monitor and maintain financial records in SAGE and Excel. Provide weekly management information (MI) to the leadership team and sales department. File accurate and timely information with Companies House. Collaborate with the management team to ensure capital adequacy aligns with FCA requirements and income goals. Monitor expense claims, highlighting irregularities to the Principal.
