Diary Management:Tracking and planning operatives, surveyors and workstreams. Job Instruction Management: Logging new instructions from emails into multiple systems and interacting with client portals. Customer Contact: Demonstrating strong and effective communication skills in all interactions. KPI and SLA Monitoring: Tracking and following up on information to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation. Collaboration: Working with tradespeople, suppliers, surveyors, and subcontractors. Liaison: Coordinating with surveyors, trades, and insurance companies to ensure timely and effective communication to ensure seamless operations This role offers a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
