At Portugal Prints, part of Mind in Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster, we empower individuals through artistic expression and community connection. We’re seeking a Creative Facilitator to plan and lead engaging art groups while mentoring artists to achieve their creative and wellbeing goals. If you’re excited about combining creativity with mental health support, we’d love to hear from you You will: Lead art groups that inspire curiosity and creativity in various artistic styles and mediums. Mentor artists to develop strengths-based, creative, and wellbeing-focused goals. Promote inclusion, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practices in all interactions. Support artists in showcasing their work through exhibitions and external opportunities. Foster partnerships with community organisations and promote Portugal Prints’ services. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging, inclusive art sessions. Provide tailored support to artists, ensuring a focus on recovery and social inclusion. Organise and oversee exhibitions, outings, and workshops. Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining records and budgets. Promote the service through social media and marketing activities. Liaise with artists’ care teams and external partners to support creative and wellbeing growth. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, risk management, and health and safety policies.
