We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to support our executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing top-tier administrative support. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a creative industry setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Organise and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and key communications. Manage a variety of tasks and projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and details are meticulously handled. Act as a liaison between the executive team, internal staff, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient request management. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain organised and accessible files, reports, and other essential documentation. Assist with travel arrangements and event planning, coordinating logistics and itineraries for both domestic and international travel. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline processes across departments. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, ideally within the creative industry. In-depth understanding of the creative industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and teams at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate the needs of the executive team. Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively. Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
