Role and Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using various approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
* Monitor student progress, maintain records including assessments and targets to enable students to reach their full potential.
* Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
* Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in teaching.
* Set homework regularly to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
* Track student achievement, monitor progress, and take appropriate actions.
* Be a role model through personal presentation and professional conduct.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Science at secondary or higher education level.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
