Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Woburn or Medford, MA

Job Purpose: Manage a book of business by servicing and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements. Advise customers on coverage, products, and companies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand carrier products and market effectively.
* Generate accurate quotes and applications for new business.
* Ensure processing, policy issuance, and servicing follow agency procedures and underwriting guidelines.
* Handle customer inquiries, prioritizing urgent needs.
* Work with Producers to review and complete applications and documentation.
* Keep renewal lists updated and process renewals promptly.
* Cross-sell and up sell existing accounts.
* Support sales and marketing initiatives, including personal lines campaigns.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines with an agency or company preferred.
* Experience with AMS 360 or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication and critical analysis skills.
* Highly organized to manage a large book of business.
