This well established business has impressive facilities including 50 individually designed bedrooms, a fine dine restaurant, dedicated M&E facilities with a capacity to 120 people.
Our client is looking to recruit a deputy general manager to focus on managing the day to day running of the business.
Overseeing a team of HOD's and working closely with the general manager, this position will have a particular focus toward food and beverage.
The hotel is very busy in all areas of F&B and is a popular events venue. This role is focus on developing the quality within the department, whilst supporting the management team that cover the outlets.
Ideally are client is looking for an established deputy GM, however, they would consider a F&B manager that is looking for the next step in their career.
