Job summary Park Surgery is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team. They will oversee the day-to-day HR operations within Park Surgery, ensuring best practices are followed. A key part of the role will also involve training and guiding Line Managers on HR-related matters, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their teams.
