The Job: We are looking for a new Interim Asset Manager to join our Warwick District Council Assets Team with the drive to better our current offerings to our customers, colleagues and clients. Our Vision: We are clear about our vision to ensure that Warwick District is a great place to live, work and visit and be carbon neutral by 2030 and we are looking for a new forward thinking Interim Asset Manager who will bring innovation, transformation and efficiencies across the Council to help achieve initial ‘ Key Objectives’ : Review the existing asset management team structure Design and recommend a new HRA asset management service that would separate out the GF and HRA functions Prepare the HRA asset management team to re-integrate into the regulated housing department Working with the Council’s procurement consultant be the strategic lead for the Responsive Repairs re-procurement project Oversee the Asset Compliance Action Plan Lead the development of the HRA asset management strategy Excited?
