Reporting to the Programme Manager, your role will support the Key Systems Improvement Team on delivery of their digital strategy, requiring a focus on enhancing digital capabilities within the DIT divisions of the Trust, focused on improving healthcare systems operationally led through effective change and project management.

Main Duties of the Job
1. You will play a key role in managing a wide range of projects ensuring that the deliverables are produced to the required quality, time frame, and budget.
2. You will be required to use specialist knowledge, consultancy skills, and experience to advise on solutions.
3. You will collaborate with experts on key digital technology problems by analysing information and data to recommend a solution.
4. You will take responsibility for maintaining and monitoring plans for projects.
5. You will develop business cases for securing project funding, ensuring that costs for all impacted departments and/or services are identified.
6. You will work as part of a specialist workforce utilising knowledge for developing specifications where a need for a Digital solution is identified.
7. You will be responsible for working on the development of risks and the required mitigation for the project.
8. You will be required to document the lessons learned from the implementations and communicate these either by presentation or formal report.
9. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining protocols and standards for system implementation.
10. You will be required to collaborate and ensure any changes to working practice and/or job roles involve the necessary consultation with managers, staff, and their representatives.
11. You will develop and manage the performance of members of the implementation team, supporting their professional development.

Qualifications Essential
* Educated to degree or equivalent level of experience
* Improvement / Change Management methodologies formal or informal
* PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Agile or similar qualification or equivalent level of work experience and knowledge
* Familiar with modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards.
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development
Desirable
* Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development
* Member of relevant professional body
* Experience in information management technology/ Informatics
