As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing and reconciling invoices, expenses, and payments.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
* Managing accounts payable and receivable.
* Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
* Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team.
The ideal Accounts Administrator will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role.
