We're looking for a curious and versatile AI engineer, with strong analytics, data science skills, and software engineering skills (Python), to join our team and help build our core product. In this role you'll be working very closely with vision LLMs to analyze video content and build a creative and performance analysis product.

Role Overview
As an AI / Prompt engineer, you'll be responsible for developing our core product, working closely with the creative leads and the product management team to bring their creative vision to life, from design and ideation to execution, testing, and productization.
The role entails both prompting / language models related work, but also has a strong analytics & data pipelines component. You will be primarily interacting with non technical stakeholders and we expect impeccable communication skills and the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to everyone with simple words.
Prior experience in advertising is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Help design, build, and iterate on our state of the art methodology and product for video creative testing, by:
* Learning about past body of research around video creative measurement and best practices
* Improving our proprietary video understanding technology with relevant features, leveraging frontier LLM models, and advanced prompting
* Developing rigorous accuracy testing, building your own tools when necessary for data labeling and evaluation, and managing human labeling providers when needed
* Developing a creative framework / scoring system in consultation with our creative team
* Designing, testing, and building a methodology to evaluate video ad performance
* Driving and project managing product iterations, feature prioritization, and releases
* Contribute to prototyping and UI for product iterations
* Educating the team and clients on our technology and capabilities

Technical skills
* Solid base of Python, including data manipulation, at ease with writing production code and low code front ends
* Experience in analytics and interpreting data, able to create analytical visualizations and pipeline
* Experience in data science, including data preparation, cleaning, feature engineering, and some modeling
* Experience or interest with prompting & evaluating LLMs, fine-tuning experience not required
* Expert in SQL, advanced statistical notions
