Are you an experiencedSC CLEARED Service Managerlooking for your next contract role Experis are working with a Defence/SaaS client. We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee IT service delivery, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement within a large, complex technology environment.
Role Overview
As aService Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring IT services meet business expectations, managing supplier contracts, and acting as a key escalation point. You'll work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and service owners to optimize performance and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
? Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for IT support services
? Conduct service reviews and drive continuous service improvements
? Act as an escalation point for service-related issues and complaints
? Collaborate with suppliers to manage support contracts and service levels
? Support service transition and acceptance into BAU support
? Analyze service reports to identify trends and implement improvements
What We're Looking For
??Experience:7+ years in IT Service Management within enterprise environments
??Knowledge:Strong expertise in Service Level Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
??Skills:Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
??Qualifications:ITIL v4 certified (Service Level Management Practitioner desirable)
??Mindset:Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to driving service excellence
