Role Profile:
Navig8 are currently looking for an HR Assistant in London to join our global HR team of 7. You will play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partner and Global Head of HR in all HR-related aspects. You will contribute to a variety of HR functions: Recruitment, HRIS, Onboarding, Departures, Transfers, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits and ad-hoc projects. The role provides a great opportunity for growth and development within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Applicants must have a strong academic background and a keen interest in building a career within HR. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days a week in London Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee queries, HR documentation, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
* Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing our ATS and maintaining recruiter relationships.
* Onboarding: Responsible for the employee onboarding process including generating offer letters and contracts, running background checks, collating new joiner information and delivering induction presentations.
* HR Data and Reporting: Full responsibility for the upkeep of accurate HR files ensuring compliance.
* Administrative support: Providing full administrative support on a range of HR matters where required.
* Ad hoc projects: As we continue to improve our processes and continually adapt to HR changes you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects across the HR function.
Skills & Experience:
* Graduate with strong academic background
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, CIPD qualification desirable
* High attention to detail and excellent accuracy
* Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the Navig8 group
* A flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Appreciation for confidentiality
* Intermediate IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
