The role
To provide administrative and practical support to the members of the Zoo 55 Leadership Team to enable them to focus on business impact and team leadership. The role requires a highly organised, reliable, proactive, assertive and professional PA with excellent communication skills.
Main responsibilities
* Efficiently and pro-actively manage the often challenging diary commitments for Zoo 55 Leadership Team members.
* Develop effective relationships to manage travel, itineraries and expense claim submissions.
* Support the Zoo 55 leadership team management agenda by arranging team meetings, preparing agendas, and liaising with HR.
* Manage availability by screening telephone calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
* Take and type meeting minutes, undertake research, and prepare documents and presentations.
* Build and maintain a reliable and trusting working relationship within ITV's network of PAs.
* Assist on logistics for group events/screenings/press events.
* Manage filing via Google Drive and hard copy.
* Deal appropriately with a range of internal/external correspondence.
* Arrange meeting rooms, conference calls, and presentation materials as needed.
* Maintain absolute confidentiality of all issues discussed.
* Undertake any other reasonable task as directed.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* Previous substantial experience in the role of a PA or Team Assistant at senior level.
* Experience of managing multiple busy diaries.
* The ability to adapt and be flexible in accommodating short-term changing needs.
* Efficient PC skills with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* The ability to work independently and proactively.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
