Our 25 strong Marketing, Communications and BD (MCBD) team is now looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support Rural, Infrastructure and Planning & Development. The MCBD team provides national and local MCBD support to Carter Jonas - one of the most well-regarded names in the property business. The team is mainly based in the firm’s head office in London at the top of New Bond Street at One Chapel Place.
Working as part of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager position is a key role focused on driving marketing activity for these three teams, offering a wide variety of services from strategic land, agency, planning consultancy, renewable energy, through to estate management. The teams contain over 450 specialists located in 19 offices around the UK. This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with professional services marketing experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Main responsibilities and tasks:
* Marketing planning - Work with the Head of Rural, Infrastructure and P&D Marketing and boards to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with firm goals.
* Project management - Project manage key marketing initiatives from start to finish, defining objectives and performance measures of projects, providing updates to the business, and ensuring activities are carried out to the agreed schedule and budget.
* Brand management - Elevate the firm’s brand image through consistent and impactful messaging. Ensure that all marketing communications follow brand guidelines, are true to the brand values and use the appropriate tone of voice.
* Event management - Take responsibility for managing the key events across the UK, both hosted and those run by third parties.
* Market research - Work closely with the research team to conduct/request market analysis to understand current trends, the competitive landscape, and customer preferences, providing insights for marketing strategies.
* Reporting - Present progress updates at key board meetings and manage expectations regarding turnaround times, process, and branding matters.
What will it take to be successful?
You will ideally have demonstrable professional services and/or real estate marketing experience. As an experienced marketing professional, you will have gained hands-on experience in brand management as well as overseeing implementation of marketing plans. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the firm. Given the scope of the role, the ability to plan and organise to a high standard is required in order to prioritise individual and team tasks. Finally, you will be passionate and ambitious, looking to create and generate impact within the MCBD team and wider firm, working effectively with your peers and colleagues to achieve business outcomes.
