If you are hands-on in nature, financially aware, possess effective communication skills, and are passionate about building teams focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience, then we would like to talk to you about our Contact Centre Advisor (Aftersales) position.
What you will be doing?
1. Maintain regular contact with our customers.
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls.
3. Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
4. Adopt a sales approach regarding upsell.
5. Maintain accurate customer records.
6. Deal with customer complaints.
7. Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
