Registered Care Manager
Salary: £40,000
Location: Bromley
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Purosearch is looking for an excellent home care manager to join their award-winning branch based in Bromley, currently rated Good with the CQC.
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of quality control procedures.
2. Carrying out Customer assessments prior to the commencement of care service.
3. Attending Customer's first call to introduce the Care Worker to the Customer.
4. Liaising closely with Care Coordinators to ensure correct Customer/Care Worker matching for new Customers, which may involve attending Care Worker training sessions and meetings.
5. Implementing all field-based training programmes.
6. Ensuring that all changes to care schedules are reported without delay to the Care Coordinators.
7. Arranging and managing staff changeovers and briefings for live-in care assignments.
Requirements:
1. Experience of service provision in the care profession.
2. Clean driving licence and permanent use of a legal and reliable car.
3. Experience of Customer/environment assessment or relevant risk assessment qualification or ability to attain such qualifications.
4. Proven experience at Manager level within a domiciliary setting.
