Higher Level Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Twickenham Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time hours Salary: £100 - £130 Per day Job Duties: Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes Assisting with planning and preparing learning activities Working with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts Providing one-on-one support to students as needed Assisting with classroom management and behaviour monitoring Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Good organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Additional relevant qualifications in education or child development Working Conditions: Work primarily within a school setting Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday Potential for some additional evening or weekend work for school events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
