35 hours per week in the office over 5 days.
ASAP start - temp until end of March.
Previous social housing experience required.
Must be competent at using IT systems and comfortable liaising with tenants using email, telephone, face to face, social media, and letters.
Responsibilities include:
1. Booking in repairs and handling tenant queries relating to repair requests and other housing-related issues.
2. Dealing with maintenance contractors to track the progress of jobs.
