As a results-driven entry-level Lead Generation Specialist, you will actively call on new clients and boost company revenue through customer acquisition. Joining our new field sales organization as an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist will allow you to apply your skill set as you build and sustain customer growth through territory management, daily prospecting, and running product demonstrations with small business owners who fit our ideal customer profile.
As an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist, you will:
1. Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals
2. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from lead-generating databases
3. Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to complete orders and maintain good customer service
4. Quote prices, run credit checks, and prepare sales contracts for customers that exceed expectations
5. Inform customers at the point of sale of all features and apps available to them when creating an account
6. Meet weekly established customer acquisition and sales targets
7. Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software accurately
As an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist, you must have an exceptional work ethic and be competitive, outgoing, professional, and driven to succeed. You must also be highly organized with strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
