They are now looking for a Director of People and Culture to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As the Director of People and Culture, you will shape the culture, inclusion, and overall effectiveness of our client’s organisation, elevating them as a creative powerhouse.
Leading the People Team, you will deliver a high-quality service, while contributing strategically as part of the Director Group, reporting directly to the CEO.
With a focus on embedding EDI, supporting wellbeing, and championing learning and development, you will cultivate an inspiring, inclusive environment where talent thrives.
Alongside this, you will also ensure that people systems, payroll and policies are not only compliant but exemplify best practice, enabling teams to perform at the highest level.
About You
To be considered as a Director of People and Culture, you will need:
1. Extensive experience in senior HR roles, with a track record of delivering impactful people strategies
2. A deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice, and EDI principles
3. Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cultural change
4. Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and compliance processes
5. CIPD Chartered or Fellow membership (or equivalent experience)
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.
