VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Manufacturing business, in their search for an Office Administrator based in Toomebridge. This role will involve providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
This is a Permanent - Monday - Friday position.
Salary
Fully Negotiable - competitive rate of pay for the role which is negotiable based on experience plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting customer orders and quotes onto the system promptly and accurately.
* Maintaining up-to-date and precise data administration for all customer-related information.
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and timely responses to customer requests.
* Demonstrating a proactive approach to managing tasks and contributing to the overall team workload.
* Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and minimise errors.
* Taking initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order entry or administrative processes.
Essential Criteria:
* At least 1 year experience within a busy office environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Highly organised and efficient, with a keen attention to detail in managing tasks.
* Motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude towards work.
* Excellent command of written English, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
* Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and seeing them through to successful completion.
