We are looking for a Garden Centre Team Member - Plants. You will be the heart of our operations, ensuring customers have the best experience in store.
You must be physically fit as the job involves heavy lifting and moving. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and moving heavily loaded trolleys through the plant department, including full weekends, Bank Holidays, and holiday cover.

Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge of horticulture.
* Physical fitness for heavy lifting and pulling large trolleys.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

* Good time management.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
Duties Will Include:
* Pricing and displaying products.
* Merchandising a variety of products.
* Moving furniture around departments.
* Providing quality customer service.
* General housekeeping.
* Loading and unloading CC trolleys.
* Booking in plant deliveries and wastages.
* General maintenance and care of plants and all areas.
* Assisting customers with advice and requirements.
* Basic plant knowledge (preferable).
