We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team, who will contribute to the key work of the Child and Youth justice service. Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service works with children aged 8-18 either involved with or at risk of entering the Youth Justice System. This post within the Child and Youth Justice Service is based at Marsh Lane, Preston, PR1 8RR and provides county wide support for Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service. The Business Support Team is crucial to ensure there is consistency of service delivery. You could be really experienced in administration or looking to build on your previous experience and there is no better place to do this than with us. Knowledge and Experience – Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases. Great Communication – You'll be engaging and providing advice to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team daily, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key. Working arrangements We are currently working a combination of home and office working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection.
