As our Wholesale Coordinator you will play a key role in the team, supporting the Wholesale department's sales and profitability. You are responsible for making sure the wholesale order process is executed efficiently. You react to the needs of our wholesale partners and act as the link between the wholesale function and other internal departments.
What you will do:
* Responsible for the logistics flow of COS products to our Wholesale partners, securing a timely delivery in line with partner expectations.
* Responsible for providing the best customer service and take actions to develop an efficient collaboration with the wholesale partner to drive selling.
* Provide accounting with information needed for invoicing Wholesale partners.
* Work in close collaboration with Buying to ensure wholesale partners are up to date on product developments.
* Prepare accurate excel reports and analysis, data entry and administrative duties.
* Act as day-to-day contact for wholesale partners for delivery and order queries; liaising with the warehouses and the buying office to ensure timely delivery of stock, connecting this to wider COS logistics & Buying teams.
* Collate order quantities from partners following selection meetings, and communicate with Buying prior to order placements.
* Attend regular trade calls with wholesale partners to support Account Manager.
* Secure that developed products are being presented to wholesale partners through weekly updates & at selection meetings.
* Supply partners with timely communication flow of relevant documents; on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

What you need to succeed:
* Preferable previous experience as Wholesale Assistant, Assistant Buyer/Merchandiser or another similar role.
* Previous experience working either with wholesale or franchise partners highly advantageous.
* Understanding of product development, and logistics process.
* Excellent relationship building skills, maintaining high level of customer service in interactions with partners.
* Advanced excel skills, ability to use Pivot tables and Vlookups.
