Ford Fuels is a family run fuel and lubricant distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Full time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Membury Depot.
About the role:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm, 1 hour lunch break
* Stock reconciliation process
* Balancing receipts with sales
* Accounting for the movement of fuel
* Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
* Liaising with other departments
* Raise tickets for fuel orders
* Take payments over the phone
* Process group orders
* Transfer tickets to other depots
* Cover for raising repeat order tickets
* Covering other duties as and when required
* Saturday 1/2 day working required on a rota basis (overtime paid)
About you:
* Experience in a similar role
* Inbound telephone experience
* Customer Service experience
* Excel competent
* Good administrative skills
* Good communication skills
* Highly organised
* IT literate
* Awareness of data protection principles
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to prioritise and manage own workload
