Job summary An opportunity has arisen within our Mental Health and Wellness Team Looking for a enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator The post holder will provide a high quality confidential and comprehensive administrative service within the team. This opportunity will allow you to build on your administrative skills and to establish good working relationships with colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritise your workload ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner. Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of the post include: Managing and coordinating the large service groups administration and tasks. Duties also included - taking calls/messages and communicating these effectively within the team, ensuring the email inbox is up-to-date, typing/editing of letters, and managing internal administrative processes. About us Probationary Period This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
