As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for strategically driving the end-to-end recruitment and selection by shaping and executing the recruitment process for American Express in Brighton. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience throughout the hiring process. Owning & implementing a sourcing & attraction strategy, screening applicants, shortlisting & assessing candidates, whilst organising interviews and assessment centres for leaders. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand. Reporting into the Snr Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in driving standard methodology across the recruitment lifecycle How will you make an impact in this role? - Owns the full lifecycle of the end to end recruitment process, build and be responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy for the various business units across the Brighton site. - Ensuring we drive a great candidate experience, owning relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, proving insights and deliver on recruitment objectives. - Leveraging market intelligence with industry trends, including understanding the External market. Building candidate slates, shortlisting high-quality candidates and identifying channels to source effectively. Responsibility to ensure we can effectively manage complex job roles by putting in place relevant sourcing & headhunting strategies required whilst ensuring our Colleague Value Proposition is at the forefront. - The role has a high degree of autonomy and visibility, as a Senior TA Partner you will be supporting, sourcing, coaching and mentoring colleagues in the team with the ability to work independently. Strong Senior stakeholder management experience is required, presenting data and insights into the recruitment process. - Previous experience coaching and mentoring peers with the ability to take on and lead projects and process improvements independently whilst ensuring there are equal opportunities for the team. - Act as the primary delegate for the Snr TA Manager and stepping in as needs arise. Minimum Qualifications - Recruitment experience in a fast-paced global recruitment environment handling end-to-end recruitment activities, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilities - Stakeholder Management across the Brighton site, high volume hiring experience preferred, - Supporting the wider TA Partners with complex volumes. - Managing challenging roles when partnering with the business and executing a complex sourcing strategy as required. - The role has a high degree of autonomy and visibility - Act as the primary delegate for the TA Manager as needed. - Fluency in English and a second European Language to a professional standard preferred but not essential. - Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators, hiring managers, and other business colleagues - Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies - Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes - Good knowledge of the recruiting landscape with the ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, and industry insights - Proven ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts, and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues - Experience working in a team environment emphasizing group contributions - Ability to build relationships and sustain trust with people at all levels of an organization - Ability to execute multiple projects/tasks at the same time under strict timelines Qualifications We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
