This role contributes to the development and delivery of the Trusts Leadership and staff engagement strategies to improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness. Working in line with NSFTs People and Culture Strategy, you will regularly assess leadership needs and create, develop and implement Leadership strategies and initiatives including embedding of Trusts values. We are looking for someone to provide a professional and specialist internal Leadership consultancy service. You will be working alongside HR Business Partners, OD leads, Training and Development Leads and their associated operational managers by providing specialist advice and support to understand, analyse, diagnose, and shape leadership needs. You will also define strategies and plans to meet these needs and contribute to organisational effectiveness.
