As the Data Operations Executive, you will provide support and data management to the business and external partners in relation to the receipt, processing and reporting of sales files data. You will be accountable for the successful receipt and processing of sales files, resolving defects and supporting investigations. Crucial to the successful processing of sales files is the maintenance of the underlying code tables, reference data and supporting processes. The Data Operations Executive will be responsible for fulfilment of new additions to these tables within agreed SLA's as well as monitoring adherence to supporting processes.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
1. Work closely with key stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, Insights, Finance teams and external partners to ensure sales data is cleansed, accurate, and regularly updated as required.
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation, reports, standards and procedures relating to the sales file ingestion & processing, ensuring that knowledge vital to the understanding of sales files within the business is widely shared.
3. Operate as primary point of contact for account managers and external partners for all sales files related matters.
4. Accountable for the set up and onboarding of all new partners and brands, supporting them with the implementation of sales files through to ‘live’ status.
5. Exceptional communication skills verbally and non-verbally. Ability to engage, influence and forge strong relationships.
6. Good stakeholder management skills at all levels, tailor messages to the audience whilst maintaining relationships.
7. Investigate sales files defects & incidents ensuring root cause analysis and follow up actions are implemented to prevent repeat occurrences and that lessons learned are disseminated.
8. Responsible for the set-up of new marketing codes to ensure business can be tracked back to source.
