Role Summary
* Responsibilities: You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Angular framework to play a lead role in the development and optimisation of dynamic, high-performance front-end applications for both internal and external projects.
* Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience.

* Role Type: Full-time, permanent.

About the Role
In 2021, Costello Medical launched its own in-house Technical Innovation and Development (TechDev) division. Our talented team has created and developed innovative products and services that enrich our internal workforce and provide exceptional value to our external clients. As the team continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer, specialising in the Angular framework, to lead the development and optimisation of high-performing and scalable web applications.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Engaging in all aspects of front-end development: Apply your expertise in the Angular framework to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.
* Innovating and transforming: Shape the future of technical advancement at Costello Medical and support the exploration and development of AI-driven solutions.
* Forging strong partnerships: Work closely with key stakeholders, offering technical insights while defining project visions and strategies.
* Communicating with clarity: Translate complex project requirements into actionable plans and address technical queries.
* Delivering with distinction: Ensure timely delivery of new products and services, adhering to budgets and project deadlines.
* Championing exceptional service: Uphold unmatched customer service standards.

About You
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious professional who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential requirements for the role are:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in front-end development with Angular, proficient in TypeScript and Node.js.
* Proficiency in writing integration and end-to-end tests for Angular applications.
* Experience with responsive web design (RWD) principles and frameworks like Tailwind CSS and SCSS.
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
* A strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
* Proficiency in implementing security best practices in Angular applications.
* The ability to mentor team members.
* Strong communication skills.
* Project management experience.
* A high level of productivity and flexibility.
* A willingness to learn and adapt.
Desired requirements for the role are:
* An understanding of UI/UX design principles.
* Experience with application containerisation using Docker.
* Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
* An understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
