Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will engage with end users, healthcare professionals, and practices to promote ConvaTec products and Amcare solutions, building relationships and providing ethical customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales KPIs through outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chat.
2. Develop new sales opportunities and follow up with customers.
3. Stay updated on new products and services.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5. Understand different stoma types and recommend appropriate products.
6. Promote Amcare services and position their benefits.
7. Prioritize workload and meet performance targets.
8. Utilize databases efficiently, respecting customer confidentiality.
9. Follow procedures while seeking continuous improvement.
10. Use effective questioning to identify sales opportunities.
11. Build relationships with customers through empathy and diplomacy.

Education & Experience:
* A-Levels or equivalent.
* Minimum 12 months sales experience.
* Proven sales track record.
Working Conditions:
* Office environment.
Additional Factors:
* Shift work between 08:00-19:00, including Saturday mornings.
