You should have a proven track record in investigating, identifying, and resolving complex technical issues. Experience in managing all aspects of the implementation and technical management of enterprise systems and infrastructure is essential.
Responsibilities:
* As an experienced Technical Architect, you will manage and support our technical infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be problem management of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that the root causes of incidents are identified and resolved efficiently. You will undertake complex installations, changes, patches, maintenance, decommissioning, and secure disposal of infrastructure. Additionally, you will monitor the external environment and gather intelligence on emerging technology to support the continuous improvement of our services to the force.
