Business Development Manager - Contract Manufacturing
Location: National – with monthly visits to our HQ in Corby, Northants

Now is your time to embrace your entrepreneurial spirit and take on the lead role in developing and delivering the Food Nutrition Partners proposition across the co-manufacturing and co-packing space.
Food Nutrition Partners (FNP) has been an industry leader within food product development, nutritional product manufacturing, and food safety compliance for over 40 years, through our own brands such as The 1:1 Diet (formerly the Cambridge Diet). We believe that this manufacturing excellence will support the success of other food/FMCG businesses. In this first-of-its-kind role, you’ll be empowered to take the FNP proposition to market to identify and acquire new business wins and develop further commercial opportunities.
You will not be selling a product; this role is about understanding the concept we offer and identifying opportunities that fill capacity within our factory. Reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll be the commercial lead for FNP, understanding our capabilities, supported by our highly experienced Operations teams, and building out annual business plans that identify opportunities across different stages of the funnel.
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end sales process management from prospect identification through to account management.
2. Shape the success of FNP and build from the ground up, effectively managing a start-up operation.
