What the Job Involves As a Qualified Social Worker in the CIOC Team, you will cover the areas of Skelmersdale, Chorley, and South Ribble, starting as soon as possible. The role offers a rewarding challenge of engaging with children and young people, supporting Lancashire's progressive Children's Services with a strength-based approach and family safeguarding practices. You will manage a caseload of 15 to 22, ensuring a manageable workload with extensive support and development opportunities.
