Position: Clerical Assistant
Location: Pentland Primary School
Salary: £24,909 - £25,116 (pro rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 17.50 per week, 39 weeks sessional
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Assistant to join the team at Pentland Primary School.
Pentland is a large primary school in the Firrhill Learning Community, within the South West of Edinburgh. We have a school roll of 500 pupils organised into 17 classes from P1-7 (one team teach) and a term-time nursery with capacity for 54 children. Our staff team are exceptionally dedicated and enthusiastic comprising 23 class teachers, 9 Pupil Support Assistants, a Pupil Support Officer focused on Equity, and a Nurture Lead alongside our Nursery Team of EYPs, EYAs, and an EYO. Our Leadership Team includes 1 DHT and 2 Principal Teachers. Our school is very well supported by an active Parent Council and supportive parent body.
Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday 9:00-12:30

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
